At the same time, we have established ourselves prominently in the industry by delivering projects that consistently provide a strong return on investment.
Our formula is a simple one: a great plan, backed by visionary, talented and hardworking leaders, equals distinct, financially sound and successful projects. In other words, it is our people and our projects that truly set us apart.
In everything we do, we set out to differentiate ourselves from the competition. This is evident in the distinct and one-of-a-kind nature of our residential developments, in our solid and long-term relationships with clients, financial partners, and design consultants, and in our passion for a job well done. It is evident in our design-driven development philosophy. It is exemplified by how we intricately blend nature’s five elements into our design. Great effort and care was made to preserve the original character of this 1930¹s structure through careful rehabilitation. Repairing the facade consisted of restoring copper panels under each window and replacing terra cotta accents all over the building¹s exterior. The conversion was completed in just 41 weeks.
The hotel was more recently converted into the Grandview Condominiums. The hotel was phased out of operation during the construction working from the top floors down, converting the studio-styled hotel rooms into 194 luxury condominium units.

The 18-acre site for Genuardi's supermarket and the retail stores at Springhouse Village Center required the demolition of an existing building and removal of 60,000 cubic yards of earth and rock. Additionally, a high pressure Transcontinental Gas pipeline running through the property posed significant challenges. Extensive off-site improvements included additional traffic signals and the widening of the southbound portion of Bethlehem Pike to provide deceleration lanes.
